Anyone know a good bag very similar to this? Image is of a Vuitton taiga Alexander which is more than i would like to spend.

Picked up a Want Trudeau in black organic cotton earlier in the week. Exactly what I was looking for, and at about 60% off, couldn't say no.

I like this a lot. Reminds me of Hermes' "Whitebus" tote, though I assume the Valextra's price is borderline reasonable in comparison.

How did you manage that? Care to Proxy? Please share details and photos I haven't seen their black cotton bags irl but if they are similar to their leather pieces in quality - can't be bad.

I picked a Want les Essentials black De Gaule and a tan Trudeau from ebay UK for about 170 GBP each (see previous posts in this thread). I decided to keep both, even if I do not need them for the moment. The seller has at the moment this black De Gaulle, international shipping available, bidding starts at 165 GBP.

It's an old season model and probably almost impossible to find nowadays. Retail was "only" about 300€/$440 back then, due to the fact that it's "only" a herringbone pattern material with a minimal leather finish, while a full leather bag by NDC, depending on size, will cost at least twice-, if not three times as much. To be honest, there a probably hundrets of labels which offer comparable bags, though. Nothing we haven't seen before... BTW... I'm so proud of you that you affiliated yourself to the NDC sect ( the only true faith ), Cez. You're surely one of our most faithful followers. And there's no end in sight. We grow like topsy. Day by day.... ( Tom Cruise is next )
