I actually eat a good deal of technically "raw" food.
-Sashimi of all kinds
-cerviche (fish is technically raw)
-meat tartar (beef and bison)
-raw beef, Korean style (don't know the name, but had it with some apple slices and raw yolk)
-oysters (love this so much I could do about 4 dozens at once, favorite is the Oyster Bar at Grand Central in NYC)
