+2 on Kar Wei Wong. I'd have to include Fallen Angels and Chungking Express too.

I might be alone in this, but I think some of the earlier Elvis movies are stylish... especially King Creole and It Happened at the World's Fair...

About to go see Inception again for the 3rd(?) time. I remember it being fairly stylish. I'd also like to mention The Aviator, a highly underrated film, imo.

I might be one of a handful of people in the US who's actually seen it, unfortunately

Good call on The Beat that My Heart Skipped. Romain Duris always looks cool. Not sure about the style in Werckmeister Harmonies, but that movie's opening scene is one of my favorites of all time. Nice to see someone on the forum familiar with Bela Tarr.

One more movie comes to mind: Regular Lovers. Can't go wrong with Paris in the 60s.

Not a movie, but Boardwalk Empire is easily one of the most stylish shows on TV right now.

Add Wim Wenders' Tokyo-Ga to the list.
The emulsion used in this film is incredibly rich and saturated, further proof of the supremacy of analog practices. Incredible camera pans and sexy Dick Tracy soundtrack that is entirely appropriate. In my top 3.
