People have been taking lecithin for that reason for a while now. Give it a shot, a 3 lb jug of granules costs about 10 bucks from swansonvitamins.com. I initially read about it online maybe 2 years ago and gave it a try, and it worked for me. Thing is...those lecithin granules take on the consistency of boogers, so it's best to mix them with yogurt or a protein shake so you don't notice that nasty consistency. I haven't really researched it like I have the superfoods though. Again, don't get the capsules. 1 or 2 grams of lecithin won't do anything, it has to be more along the lines of 12 - 20 (1 - 2 tablespoons of granules). Apparently it has other benefits too for bodybuilders, as they tend to love taking the stuff. Not sure how it enhances performance in the gym or whatever, but it sure as hell gives me huge loads (not to mention, longer more intense orgasms), and the choline really helps clear up my "brain fog". If you get some granules be sure to refrigerate after opening since it is a fat, and it can go rancid. I actually have a pretty cool story about that.
