Half price Geo F. Trumper in London

Just a heads up to all who are in London....
Liberty London (Gt. Marlborough St) have Geo F. Trumper products for half price (Extract of Limes / Sandlewood etc).

GFT at half price might make me choose it over Taylors. GFT Violet shaving cream is amazing, yet pricey.

Had a tub of their rose cream and I was unimpressed. Their hard soaps, though, I have not tried.

OK from what I can see.....
They have Extract of limes cologne,
Sandlewood cologne
Large bottles of limes and sandlewood body scrub (500ml)
Sandlewood shaving soap
Moisturising cream (unperfumed)

Basically look at the trumper site and it's half of that price.

They also have Edwin Jagger best badger chrome shaving brushes for £38 instead of £76. PM me if you're interested in anything and I'll see what I can do!

Unfortunately no. I only really use Penhaligons Opus 1870 but I had a smell of the Lime Extract and it's actually really nice so I may get a bottle of that

The limes gets good reviews on basenotes but it doesn't last very long apparently.

Their shaving creams are definitely top tier, but not high enough in that tier to justify almost twice the price of the big alternative, Taylor's, which I find to perform better anyway. I'm no longer a shaving cream snob though, once my current stock runs out, I just plan on sticking with Musgo Real. Maybe a Taylors Avocado occasionally for a change also. (Yeah, I don't like the fact that they reformulated it...but both GFT and Taylors have reformulated ALL their scents, and not for the better, so what can ya do?)
