Well the BB sale starts Friday and we have 7 days to confirm/cancel our TRL orders so we shall see. Don't forget the extra sales tax on a BB purchase which is ~10% for those of us in CA and would raise the price considerably.

Another thing to consider is if a) you plan on buying 2 shoes as required by the BOGO, and b) you like the BB shoe selection as much as the TRL selection. There is obviously some overlap but also some omissions.

Hi - I just copied and pasted from the order page. Refer to my previous post - it's defintiely gone up.

I wonder if this reluctance might have something to do with the difficulties that Alfred Sargent is facing and that it would be prudent not to name names.

But it is exactly the VAT rate that has been added ... strange!

Well mine remains the same. I can only imagine that its factoring in VAT or shipping that wasn't included before. Where do you live?

Stephen, I logged in and the prices remain the same. I am still sitting on the fence as shipping really is quite exorbitant. Also, someone mentioned about the possibility of the wait being longer than 8 weeks, which is not unlikely if the makers have fallen on tough times.

Did anyone ask how much we must pay upfront as deposit yet?

Ahh right maybe it wasn't factoring it in before then. I will probably only get the 1 pair now anyways.

I'm going through with the order for two. It looks like it will be about us$200 each after conversion/shipping, and if I saw the same shoes marked down at Saks to that price I would be all over them.
