I know a lot of people are looking at this piece so I'm trying to figure out my size right now. I've looked around at measurements for their hoodies and shirts, but I"m not sure whether or not I should size up or stay true on the henley. Might just throw in a preorder for a true size.

On thermals (not W+H) I usually go true to size or even size down one (as long as the body and sleeves are long enough) because of the stretchiness.

Does anyone know when W+H usually holds their sample sales in Vancouver?

Really? The bomber 3 seemed to be a super popular item (I thought)?

Can someone with W+H thermal and chinos help me out?

I pre-ordered the thermal from Farinellis and also pre-ordered a pair of chinos from Roden Gray.

I went through this entire post looking for fit comments, but didn't really find anything. I know they fit slim but on the thermal would you size up, down? And on chinos, i already know the waist I want, but how tapered are they in the legs? Comfortable fit or slim? Thanks.

^^Dont know about thermals but the chinos i have; they fit slim all the way through but with enough room to be comfortable. Really nice fit that is similar to APC NS and slightly slimmer than uniqlo vintage chinos. For reference my pants are 32 tag size with 11.5" thighs and 7.5" leg opening.

Last season's chinos were pretty comfortable, but I have large quads so I sized one up to get the relaxed look that I wanted. If you ordered TTS (and had normal ppl quad muscles), it should be a hint above 'slim'.

I ordered chinos from s/s09 and went true to size, they are really slim. They have a nice , tapered leg, and a relatively short inseam, they looked great as is, but I still could have hemmed them. The buttons they are using for the chinos are really nice, the overall quality of the fabric for $200 was startling, really nice stuff.

Can anyone comment on quality of the chino's?

I'm looking at either rrl or w+h chinos, can anyone comment between the two?

RRL looks awesome, but it's so damn hard to get a hold of.

Thanks guys, that really helps. That is basically what I figured based on W+H’s sizing on their other products and what I have seen from the pics online. They don’t look super slim, but they certainly are more slim than a standard relax chino. I am going to size up in the pair I get, I’m just concerned if I should order 2 pair and hope they work or just get 1 and try my luck that they won’t sell out after I get them and love them.

Razele, funny that is what you are in between. I am going to the RRL store in Melrose this weekend and was planning on KOP’ing a few pairs of RRL Chinos. I want to try the W+H’s pair too, but since I’ll be able to try the RRL pair on and I know that RRL generally fits more true and is not overly slim like the W+H’s sound to be, I’ll probably end up just getting a pair of W+H and 2 or 3 RRL’s.

I’ll be in Melrose this weekend, so if there’s anything you want me to check out just PM me.

I want to pre-order so I'm hoping someone can help me out with a general sizing question. I am 5'7, 155lbs -- should I go for a small or medium in W+H? For reference I wear smalls from J.Crew.
