What to do with Cornish game hens?

Just bought a few of these small birds and I have no idea what to do with them. Any suggestions?

cook them the same way as chicken, cuz thats what they are

BBQ them, they're great.

stuff them with a corn bread andouille sausage stuffing and roast those fuckers

Debone them without ruining the flesh, then stuff the birds and roast away.

what you want to do is get some butter, sage, lemon zest and mix that all together, stuff it under the skin with your fingers on the breast side, and let it roast for a good 45 minutes at 425

this will be delicious

baste every 10 minutes or so

I used to toss one in the crockpot with a bunch of carrots, celery, potatoes, liquid, and other spices and veggies to make a delicious concoction. Start before work, and it's ready after work.

It works well. An old rooster is more traditional, but this is America.

Lol , FTW. Personally I'd go simple. Olive oil, Garlic, S+P and a nice slow roast with some root vegetables. Maybe some rosemary too.
