Passing a Drug Test

I last messed with weed (brownies) on apr. 18th, 2 days ago. my drug test(s) are probably going to be early-mid may. how long does it take to get out of your system? if i may not have enough time, what should i do between now and then besides not smoke?

If you're thin: I've always passed my tests two weeks after smoking. I drank a lot of water and used a detox masking drink. These were lab pee tests for employment. I was a daily smoker (half 8th/day) of high quality herbs.

If you're fat, it could be 3-4 weeks.

There isn't much you can do beside eat healthy and drink water. Use sure-gel a day or two before your test as it will help empty you out of pee, some of which may contain the toxins you fear.

thanks. yeah i'm pretty thin, I just wonder if it takes longer to get out of your system if you eat it vs. smoking it or something.

No...

If you're not a habitual smoker, your body's fat will not be as saturated with toxins either. Live healthy in the mean time and you'll have no problems.

Our guidelines at Poison Center say 7 days for occasional users and up to 30 days for chronic uses. It is highly lipophilic so it is stored in fat. Unfortunately there is now way to clear it any sooner. Drinking a lot of water dilutes urine so it is possible that the concentration would then be lower than the sensitivity of the test. I understand that some law enforcement agencies are wise to this and give "automatic fails" if the urine specific gravity is below a certain threshold.

to avoid that I think you should have creatinine or eat a lot of meat as I've heard they use protein levels as an indicator of how dilute your pee is. I am no expert and that is probably bullshit, but who knows, maybe it can help

This is why you not only drink a lot of water, but also use one of the detox drinks commonly avaliable at local headshops or on the internet. This drink will mask the fact your pee is diluted; it inflates your creatine levels and changes the color of your pee so it's not watery clear, along with other things. Don't count on this drink to save your butt if your pee is loaded with toxins, but it will hide the fact you had been drinking countless amounts of water for the days leading up to the test.....

Like I said, this method works fine, and I've passed expensive ($250/piece) lab drug tests for employment before.

Hair test is another story, but they are not common place for employment tests from what I know...

If you're thin, then yes, two weeks is very safe amount of time. Even if you smoke a lot.

An overweight, habitual smoker might even fail a test after 3-4 weeks.

You need to get rid of fluids, most THC builds up in the bloodstream, especially in the arteries near the wrists.

I'll let you connect the dots.

Love it when people try to skirt prevention measures intended for their own and others' safety.

The story up here is cranberry juice.

smoking some weed on the weekend is a risk to others' safety at the office? Don't tell me you actually buy into that nonsense.
