Which RTW dress shirt has the best fit?

I am looking for a RTW dress shirt that's not super blousy, but also not too fitted. Any suggestions? What are your favorites?

I understand what you mean, but isn't 'blousy' an inaccurate term for what you're describing? Blousy to me seems to suggest a loose bust area and possibly curved sides that are tight around the chest and looser around the waist. What you're suggesting is simply baggy or just too damn big. Blouses on women are rarely baggy -- in fact, they're usually a tighter fit and I believe sometimes a stretchier material is used.

i suggest you find a brand that fits you well in the shoulders. this is a better indicator of fit. the way a shirt fits around your waist is more of a matter of preference whereas a shirt that has the shoulder seams on your biceps looks bad, period.
