I was at Billy Reid last night looking at the Heirloom suits - beautifully made by Rocco Ciccarelli.

Bump for a nice suit at a great price.

Please note these measurements that are correct. And disregard the op measurements:

BOC: 28.5 inches
Sleeve:25
Chest: 42
Shoulder 18

This is like a 41 short. But it is intended by design to be worn tight and cropped like a southern old look on a 42r.
