I know the information I entered was accurate, the only thing I doubted was the accuracy of their information. Which can either be solved by adding in my own ingredients or not caring if the calories aren't 100% exact.

Fitday's information is usually pretty accurate. When I type something generic in like "Chicken apple sausage" and then compare it to the brand that I bought, the macros are roughly the same.

The biggest problem comes when you buy cuts of meat and you have to estimate the fat content of the meat. Other than that, I haven't run into any inaccuracies when it comes to actual information. Maybe you can give us an example?

Good point ludey. I wasn't so much worried about exactly how many I was consuming, just trying to stay around a 500 cal deficit.

The best example I could give would be cuts of meat. Even then, what it was telling me just didn't "seem" right, which is a pretty weak thing to go off of. In other words, I was being dumb and shall stick w/ fitday and add in calorieking if I ever have any questions.

This one doesn't have a journal/food tracker, but I use it for reference when I just need to look something up. Seems to be pretty accurate.

What does the Track Food intake option do? Might be new because I've used that for a reference as well and haven't seen it before it, although it's been at least six months since I've visited that site.

Make sure the deficit is large enough to cover any potential oddities. If it isn't, chances are weight loss won't occur.

Oh... I have no idea. I missed that too.

I didn't realize eating healthy and working hard for something is unhealthy.

calories are very necessary in life.they create power for human activities. but if you eat food more calories than needed, it will make u fatter (unbalance body).u don't need to keep the calories at a fix level.u can change them (change food u eat in quantity and quality) according to your activities
