Man Boobs - Page 2

Are you a heavy drinker? Your body might have a problem getting rid of estrogen, if thats the case might want to have your liver checked. There could be lots of other reasons. If your overweight, and have man boobs, the best way to get rid of a area of fat is, to exercise. Keep in mind you can't target a specific area, you'll lose it everywhere slowly. Oh, and a good diet.

Quit smoking? How does that help gynaecomastia?
First thing is to exclude a secondary cause for your manboobage and then if possible address that (medical history, medications, drugs, age etc). If all that's covered then liposuction is generally the first option unless you have severe boobage that requires excisional surgery. External ultrasound won't really do much; you need proper liposuction.

Surgery is the only way.

I go thru an HMO and got mine covered. I got lucky.

Genetics and aging are a bitch sometimes.

My bro has them and its breast tissue not fat. Surgery is the only option. Because its cosmetic, he opted against it.

Very bad advice. If you have gynecomastia, avoid at all costs any surgeon who suggests only doing liposuction, regardless of severity. If you have breast tissue, you need excision.
