Survey: What should I eat when Passover Ends

OK.. so tomorrow night Passover ends. What should be my first unrestricted meal?

Will you be able to eat pork, or are you Kosher all the time?

I eat trayf the rest of the year... so yes, Pork is an option.

If pork is an option, go for chinese and get a great pork belly dish.
If not, go with a good pasta.

Edit: Saw your reply. I say go get some pork belly

Are you a holiday Jew or do you usually maintain the Kashrut? If the first, the best artisnal bread you can find, with a couple of thick slices of hand cut, hickory smoked bacon, rendered on low heat until their perfectly flat and crispy. If the second, just hold the bacon and butter the bread But for your poll, go with "the other Kosher." Have Chinese

Clearly a bagel with lox and cream cheese. Perhaps tomatoes as well. I'm not a fan of capers but apparently some enjoy throwing this in the mix as well.

I am not what you might call the most observant. we do 7 nights, but we don't really clean our house out of all levened food. we do two seders, though, that just seems like a good thing to adopt.
