How about the fact that she's the mother of his 7 kids, put up with his shit for many years, and is in a state where she has rights that are the law?

You think he should have the right to kick her to the curb, keep his Billion ( or whatever it is ), and give her some tiny amount of go away money.

He's a scumbag anti-semitic loony, run around prick and I think she should get more than 1/2 of the marital estate.

What I want to know is, if a movie grosses $600 million, what is actual take home? I mean every actor and actress in a movie will have running royalties; writers, agents, managers, producers, etc. all need to get paid. And a large portion of that number is box office receipts. That just reflects tickets sold - that obviously does not translate that the entire amount (or something close to it) goes into a producers' pocket.

Family law system is stacked against dudes anyway. Gibson is boned.

I'm sure it's hard to "raise" 7 kids when you have a nearly-unlimited amount of resources for nannies, tutors, cooks, etc. Boo-hoo if he's away for months on end making movies. The only moms who have more help than Mel's wife were Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, and Michelle Obama who have the entire White House staff and Secret Service at the twitch of a finger.

I never liked braveheart and thought it really was one of the most narcisstic movies ever made I'm surprised it didn't contain a scene where mel gibson jerked off while looking in the mirror
