Sleep Apnea

Does anyone here have it? Do you sleep with a "C Pap" or do you have a pap smear?

try sleeping on your side. there are body pillows you can stick between your thighs to maintain alignment and lessen soreness in the morning.

if even sleeping on your side doesnt work, i seriously recommend putting in an urgent action item in your life to lose a bit of weight. it helped me out and i dont suffer from apnea anymore ( i was very bad, it woke me up several times a night from lack of breath).

it is a bad strain on your heart. i truly recommend losing weight while you do something temporary like those nose contraptions in the meantime to lessen it.

CPAPS are covered by Medicare. Through a competitive bidding process sponsored by the government, prices should fall from historical levels. I know this because of a project I had to do for work.

I had borderline sleep apnea, when I lost weight it basically went away.

you shouldn't screw around with it - basically, when you hear about some overwieght person who died young at night, it had to do with sleep apnea. it isn't just about getting enough sleep or about the snoring, sleep apnea puts a huge strain on ones heart.
