There's a bit too much red in the Before. Something like muted lime green raw silk would have been nice for the curtains. The After is just tacky and painfully common.

Oftentimes with these Before & After design situations, the before is better than the after. I don't trust interior designers these days. It usually involves beige.

The before picture rapes my eyes but the after has AIDS.

Actually, I do like the first quite a bit. Although the latter would be better with an Oriental rug and better furnature.

I don't like tile flooring in a living area, but otherwise the before is much better. The after is so antiseptic and soulless.
