There was a spot in the hem that was not finished well like the unfinished hem got unraveled and they just sewed over it. I said "HEEELLL NAWL" I just paid 100 bucks for this shit! lol. happy.gif

Sizing for these is so complicated,
http://www.endclothing.co.uk/gitman-vintage-linen-chambray-shirt.html
http://www.oipolloi.com/gitman-vintage-button-down-vintage-shirt-french-chambray

They are the same model, right? At first one XL p2p is 25" and at second one it's only 22,5". dozingoff.gif

I have a good fitting shirt that i measured 23" pit to pit but with these shirts size seems to vary a lot. No idea if i should buy L or XL...

I'd go with Gitmans size chart. Most of my shirts are 24-25 P-P and I am an XL in Gitman.

Go with L. An XL would probably be too large for you.

Ok, thx for the info. I'll propably try L then.

finally got a 2013 gitman vintage shirt seems like the cut is the same although i never knew for gitman vintage they had a regular cut and slim. also never knew supposedly i only owned the button down collars that were the smaller collar versions in regular fits?

because now i got the slim fit version with narrow arms but bigger collar? lmao. the sites that sell them need to put a better description of the actual shirt and not the BRAND itself.

at least its not super tight like it was back in the day for reference this is the murder size XS.

I thought they didn't have a regular and slim sizing. I thought sizing just depended on the fabric.

Timbs is right. Only other thing to note is that collabs (hill side, opening ceremony) tend to fit a size smaller. There is no slim/reg fit

Maybe it changed over the years. 4 years ago the arms was baggy real bad now its passable. I havent changed in size if anything my arms are even more slim.

I used to own 7 gbv shirts from 3-4 years diff seasons all of them arms baggy.
Of course i sold everyone of them and gave up on brand. Maybe it was the fabric then and the site called it slim because of that.
Cuts vary by fabric/collab.

I find GBV to run TTS to slightly large. I am a medium, i'd say half my shirts are spot on and the other half are a bit boxy in the body. Ones I love I got taken in, others I sold on SWD FS section.

Yeah depends how your arms are. Most shirts are too tight in arms but too loose elsewhere. Gitman is one of the few tha work well for me
post #3434 of 4002
wish there was more stockist that carried xs

Whoever bought that Gitman Camo LS in size medium off ebay not long and, you know, maybe you're not thrilled with it, let me know.
