I take it that was the one from ebay? I was thinking about bidding on it, but i wouldve prolly only worn it once or twice max.

Can anyone speak to the nature of the AW12 hopsack navy fabric? I only know this fabric as a wool suiting material, so I'm unclear how it translates to cotton shirting.

Compare maybe to the overdye oxford (which is what I'm considering between, based on color)?

I've got two this season in the hopsack. I like it a lot and it's very seasonally appropriate. A loose weave, but with a little heft to it. nice texture. The fabric is also nice because wrinkles seem to fall right out of it when it's hung up after a wear.

In terms of fit, you'll find about an extra half inch in the chest in comparison to the navy over-dye oxford (which was a plus for me). This based on a size small.

I picked up this in Dover Street Market yesterday. They also had the Buffalo plaid that a few of you guys have mentioned if anyone is interested.

I didn't realise that DSM have their own wee special labels. Is there anywhere else that has a similar relationship with Gitman?

It seems Gitman is a half size smaller across the board this season frown.gif

Someone get it quickly, hopefully they'll take down that disgusting-looking shirt once it's out of stock.

price has significantly increased

What are you talking about the first sale started at $69 as well. It just dropped to move the remaining stock down to $49. If you look at the $49 items they only have like one shirt in one size...

Was late by 3 mins and everything in size small was already gone. Fml
