I bought a small. Looks like those are sold out, but the medium is still available.

Thanks for the info, kg.

Context says: "As far as we know there was no change made by Gitman to their sizing, so I cannot offer any explanation for that. They seem to fit the same to us here, so I would stick with what you know works."

Well, it was probably my measuring technique. Which shirt(s) are you interested in picking up?

A word of warning, size up on OC x Gitman. Though I guess this could be like the flannels where only size XS is marsupialedly small. I wear XS in W+H fleece stuff that's like 16.5" pit to pit, and I almost wish I would have gotten a small in this shirt. I got one of their collab shirts last year and had the same problem, so I emailed them and ask if they were cut any bigger than last year and they said yeah and I got it and it fits exactly the same. Fortunately, I don't really mind not being able to wear it untucked.

Agreed. I normally wear a S and could have gone with a M in the cheetah shirt. It fits but is ever-so-slightly snug, particularly toward the waist.

So stay with your regular Gitman sizing. The shirts themselves are great and quality is same as always. The lighter linen blend will be awesome when the weather warms. They are light-weight and airy. For anyone interested in Gitman who hasn't already read the excellent factory visit blog posting by Max Wastler of all plaid out, do it. Look in the shots for some of the SS'11 shirts being manufactured in addition to an interesting and insightful read. Hope to get some fits of the new shirts up soon in this thread.. note: my statement above saying there have been no sizing changes is in reference to the normal Gitman Bros Vintage shirts (as seen on Context and Barney's) --- not any collabs like Opening Ceremony x Gitman --- not familiar with those, personally

Which shirts did you get from Context? BTW, I checked out the Gitman Toweling Striped Shirt yesterday at Stel's, as well as the Gitman Check Sport Shirt. I agree that these size the same as last year's non-collabs. Should have taken some pics.

Stel's Opening Ceremony Penelope's (not positive) Those are the first ones that come to mind (besides Barney's and Context). Stel's doesn't have their SS11 stuff online yet, but it's in-store. - K

Here's a quick 'n' dirty pic I took of the cheetah one the day I got it (playing around with some settings on a new camera app on my iPhone as well):

I may wear the shirt tomorrow. If I do, I'll take some better fit pics. - K
