Got a serious closeup of Gina Gershon this afternoon at Oyster here in Toronto's Distillery District. She was making out at the bar with some bearded, long-haired buck. She looked hot. 47!

Some people don't photograph well, this goes for celebrities as well as non-celebrities.

One of the most frustrating things for a photographer, even of snapshots, is that when people see you have a camera, their entire body language shifts. Of course, telling people not to pose is a lost cause. Also, I see lots of otherwise smiles-and-sunshine starlets whose photos always fall flat because they are trying way too hard- doubtless under the direction of the photographer- to be sultry. There are a great deal of very hot women who simply can't do sultry!
