I was looking at Scentiments.com today and found these:

Are they same as these?

No, they aren't the same. YSL Pour Homme is the original Ysl men's fragrance released in the early 70's. It is spicey, green, very manly and smells like something from the early 70's. YSL L'homme is the new one from 2007 or so. It is very boring, IMHO, though "pleasant" enough if that's your vibe.

Off topic, but is there any Creeds that smell "boring and pleasant" like the YSL? I'm looking for something to wear in the spring and summer. Not looking for anything too spicy or sophisticated.

Most of them are this way, especially the famous ones. Green Irish tweed, Silver Mountain water (my favorite of this lot), Himalaya, Green valley, Millesime Imperiale... Edit: Oh yeah, how could I forget Erolfa? It's probably my favorite "safe" marine scent.

I actually really like the new one. I get a lot of compliments on it too.

^ Me too. Nothing but complements. Although, I nor most people who smell me are fragrance connoisseurs.
