bespoke suits and shoes are not becoming the main components of my OCD sartorial compulsion...
We're always looking for the perfect shoe or suit only to start dreaming again...

- Pretty, athletic women

- Participatory sports with an element of danger

- Alcohol

- Political, economic, cultural discussions where I can be the most cynical

- Nice clothes and shoes

- Food cooked by other people who know what they're doing.

- Gaugin

Shoes no longer in production.

And Scotch. I find myself drinking right out of the decanter.

Then you also have a subliminal obsession with lead poisoning.

You are not appropriately cynical.

Huh? Wait, you're referring to lead crystal?

Yes. Do you use another kind of decanter? My feeling is that hastening the onset of dementia is a small price to pay for sparkle. - B

Most recent obsession is custom hats.

I have enough suits, odd jackets, shoes, shirts, ties, cufflinks, belts, socks, umbrellas, sunglasses, watches, coats, bags/cases, gloves, sweaters and pocket squares to last me through the next few decades.

I obsess over finding shirts that actually fit me. Compared to that, the rest is just a matter of technique.

Yes, in lieu of the many wonderful lead crystal decanters I've found I regularly use the el-cheapo Excalibur set I got at Kohls (I know, but no poisoning!) Funny thing is I drove a few miles to pick it up once I found it was on sale. I'll go to the bar & snap a pic... Here, no lead for me, thanks. Now alcohol poisoning....

Did you keep the box in which it came?
