Red jeans - can these be paired with anything...

...And still look remotely stylish? I have some red Versace jeans couture pants I picked up a while back, 100% cotton/brushed, dark red. Really very nice looking, but I have no idea what I'd wear these with. Worth keeping, or to Goodwill should they go?

I would suggest burning them so as to avoid the off chance I'll be forced to see someone walking around wearing red jeans.

Wear them- people wear nantucket reds all the time and they look great. It'd be nice to see someone in pants a color other than black, blue, or khaki.

Sorry I don't know what to wear with them though- not too good with colors.

Pair them with a shopping bag and a receipt to take back to the store.

I agree. Unless you are going to be on the show "Hit me Baby One More Time", in which case, wear them (tight, of course) with a black fringed leather jacket and pride.

I have a pair of dark red twill pants by Les Copains.

I can wear them with a lot of solid colors, like dark brown or black or many shades of blue, but white is easiest.

Last week in NYC I wore them with a Y's for men blue cotton blazer and a H&M white dress shirt and CN black boots, for a dinner in lower Manhattan. I felt good and got some nice looks on the street.

I'll admit, some guys can pull it off, the same type of guys who can pull off head to toe Gaultier with some Galliano thrown in for good measure (and that is a *lot* of stuff). Again, it's one of those, "If you need to ask" type of things...

I think Jack looks just as unhealthy in his godawful red & white combination as his dark baggy undereyes and unkempt hair would suggest. He'd certainly be the last person I'd turn to for fashion advice or example.

Having said that I wore some rusty red cords to work today paired with a faded orange t-shirt and dark brown shoes. A female coworker came up to me and said that I reminded her of autumn in a very pleasant relaxing kind of way.

I could pull them off - but what colours should I wear with them? And they're more of a burgandy.

i have a pair of flecked burgundy slim fitting trousers that i pair with chiseltoe deep oxblood double monk strap shoes or chiseltoe dark navy loafers. as for shirts, i've got a seriously awesome fitted Pringle polo in a dull pink with the pringle logo in a pale blue along the collar and neck/button area that looks really cool with red/burgundy trousers.

red trousers, for me, are one of those items that "go with nothing, hence they go with everything" but i like to stay with colors that mimic the hue/color value of the trousers, even if the colors themselves are completely different.

for me, red is like "plaid" in that you cant wear it top and bottom and generally when you wear a plaid shirt, or plaid trousers, the opposing garment needs to be more subdued so the attention is focused towards the plaid (red)

Wear them with a black Helmut Lang shirt with sterling silver collar edges, Calvin Klein Collection leather trench-coat, and Jean Paul Gaultier vintage Detente-Chic collection Cyrillic lettered belt.

And Berluti loafers, perhaps the Andy.

In case of burgundy, try pink, light blue, black tops, either black or brown shoes/outerwear.
