On ordering a Fisker Tramonto

So you the customer come in with a donor (new) M-B SL coupe.
Pick your interior/exterior color theme, suspension set-up and engine tune.
The latter comes from Kleeman and varies from potent to hang-on-to-your-dear-nuts.
The rig is shipped to Europe where it will be stripped down and re-skinned by - SHOCKER - Italians !
Who'd also duplicate the original interior design by replacing shyte German leather with Italians hides.
Kleeman is going to be tasked with perfroming the hardware upgrades.
Did I get everything right so far ?
Here's my Q - WTF happens to all those original new Mercedes body parts ?

You sell them to cover the costs.

Actually, when I spoke to Fisker last, they built the cars without your bringing in a donor car. I suppose you could volunteer one if you had one, but he told me to separate himself from a "tuner shop," being a coachbuild company, you place the order and pick all the colors and options, then they acquire what is basically the fame and engine for the work, so there would be no extra pieces in that case.
