Your Natural Waist Size?

If you had close to the ideal level of body fat (10%?), what would your waist size be? Maybe what it currently is, maybe what it was in college. Please use the poll.

I currently have 12.5% body fat (approx), am 5' 9", and weigh 155. My waist is 31. I need to get into better shape.

Who decided the ideal BF is 10%? To be that lean takes effort for most; natural is what you get without effort.

Even though this isn't sufu where stick-thin is the overwhelming majority, I doubt that many members here have been at 10% body fat at any time in their lives they can remember.

To be fair the question is kind of unrealistic. Many people have probably never been at what would constitute 10% BF or wouldn't known their real waist circumference while they were there in the past. I doubt everyone would even measure at the same point or in the same way, given the fact that there are no guidelines.

yeah, i know lots of people who wear size 34 or whatevert but have a true waist of 36-38+

How about we just ask what size you "normally" buy your pants in? That's not your actual waist for some people and certainly not your "natural" waist but at least people won't have to guess.

I'm at 10% Bf, (not bragging, I'm just a skinny prick) at 5'9" and weigh 150 roughly with a natural waist of 32. Who the hell has a 27 waist ?

32 seems kinda normal to biggish for your weight and bf level. not trying to sound like beasty here; you probably have a large hip girdle like me. smallest my waist ever gets is 33.5. i don;t get the 27" waist thing either.

usually its the smallest circumference measurement located between your last rib and the top of your hip bone. For many people that will be somewhere around their belly button.
