flattering glasses

After that haircut thread, I'm hella scared to post in BC, but whatever. FWIW, I actually did get a symmetrical, reasonably short haircut after that thread, which has since grown back into a jewfro (extra frizzy from swimming in a pool this afternoon). Anyway, I might need glasses soon, and I'd like to know my options. I'm really digging the slightly retro Americana-y vibe of Moscot and Oliver Peoples, but would also be open to other brands with a similar look. I'd like something kinda nerdy-looking (but not comically or over-ironically so) that also flatters my face. Me (excuse the weird face, I'm tired):

I love Oliver Peoples. Love, love, love. That said I don't know if a chunky plastic frame would look good on your thin/narrow face. I would look into one of the slim metal brands: Mykita, ic berlin, etc.

The hair is way better, BTW.

OK, Patrick Bateman. Seriously though, I might feel like Bono (do not want) or some German architect (want, but would not make sense with Amurricana steeze). If I can't kind classic-looking frames that work, I'll just get contacts. Do you think something round but thin like the OP Riley/Moscot Miltzen or something slightly more squatter like OP Sheldrakes/Moscot Lemtoshes would work better?

You might dig Ørgreen - seems like you'd do well with that Scandinavian look. Not as serious as ic berlin, but still with the future-titanium-vibe.
