You made a joke because you're ashamed of your abysmal movie taste and know that if you named credible movies you haven't seen someone would call you out on it.

Please, list movies you really like. I hope there's something with Ricky Jay in it as he's good in Mamet movies and I believe you'd rather be perceived as a card shark type magician than a Siegfried&Roy fairy.

That actually sounds like a step up from where I'm at. I thought you were supposed to be mocking me.

Best scene:

Platoon: Sgt. Elias dies.

You briefly thought about including Schindler's list but feel you do not fully understand such a challenging and profound work of high-art. You touch yourself like the kid in Happiness while thinking of 80s no-talent stars that made it big and your wife wishes you'd cut your frizzy, cool guy pseudo-mullet, especially now that you're balding. Whenever you're dragged to museums you tend to utter the sentence "I could have painted this!" a lot.

I can't be too mean to movie nerds. BTW this character could do Ok in some sort of indie film about "growing up" with a nice nerd-rock soundtrack. The ideal date for awkwardly shy boys and girls who listen to Animal Collective.

You guys are swamping me so I'll have to stop for the day but is "the lover" the movie adaptation of Marguerite Duras novel of the same name or something else?

I hope that when I'm in my 30's I'll have a semi-hot tramp stamped high school girlfriend, especially if she doesn't mind my underemployment at the video store that I might be working at.

& I totally forgot to put True Romance on my list. That will easily knock off L.I.T. and it also sort of echoes your "mockery" of me. If I could get to have a Clarence Worleyesque life - I think that would be alright by me.

art school did very little to mitigate your pedestrian taste, you probably got laid while wings of desire was playing in the background or might it be you're talking about a porno remake. You don't watch anything with subtitles.
