Hopped accross the street to check it out, but store was filled with the LVMH suits. If you're running for Pimp of the Year Honors, they have your shoe. A nice green and purple combo.

I can only imagine what the hip-hop set will do when they get a hold of Berluti. First Timberland, then Prada, now Berluti?

I don't know if Hip Hop guys will wear shoes from Berluti. Most of them won't even know what it is. I do not know Hip Hop stars who wear Attolini or Kiton.

All it's going to take is for one or two rap singers to include something like: "wearing my Berluti's, gettin' some bootie..." in a "song." A few shots in a music video, and Boom -- next thing you know the Berluti store will have low-rider Bentley's and Hummers with chromed 22's lined up in front.

They should offer to make some custom designs for P. Diddy and Andre 3000, then have those guys photographed in GQ, Esquire, Vitals, etc.

I wonder how the hip-hop crowd will take to the Frankenstein stitching... Jon.

I think they'll love it, don't you?

And then they have to decide what to do with the third shoe.

Any 5-button suits?

Are you kidding, they'd love it. Also Berluti would have to include a model with bullet holes. Ya know what I'm sayin'?

Besides the point but Gianni Versace Couture has very lovely silk shirts. I hope Berluti doesn't become the hip-hop crowd's latest discovery. Would Andy Warhol, and James Joyce be happy? Andy Warhol might.

This shirt is perfect for a spy trying to hide among tapestry.

Obviously I'd never wear one, but the old Versace silk shirts (designed by Gianni himself, I think) are quite stunning. koji
