As for the hair plugs. Don't do it. If bald works for Bruce Willis, Vin Diesel, Jason Statham and Edward Norton, so it can for you.

Oh, and by the way:

You want advice?

Quit posting online and starting doing things to fix the items on your list. At least half the things on your list are already answered on this site. Use the damn search function.

I bet it's the hair. Forget the clothes. You would go around naked in winter if you had a full head of hair. It certainly would knock you about.

People are superficial. Naturally, you are going to be judged. That's just the way it is. People suck.

I wouldn't have been at all surprised if we had discovered that Heath Ledger committed suicide because he was balding at a young age. It probably seems like the end of the road for many young men.

Most black men are lucky because the chocolate chrome dome looks very stylish. The white plucked freckled head does not.

Anyone bringing stars into the equation like Bruce Willis and Jason Statham needs to realise that these are "˜made men'. It doesn't matter what they look like. Anyway, most men aren't lucky enough to have a certain look that would make a bald head an attractive one. And whoever thinks bald works for Ed Norton is out of their mind. That guy has a quality rug up there. Same goes for most big names like Tom Cruise, John Travolta etc.

Maybe it's just me. Now I'm 29 and I'm able to attract girls who are 19-23 on a regular basis. When I was 19-23 I couldn't. Many of them literally told me I was too young for them back then. My general observation is still that girls tend to prefer men who are older than themselves.

I agree that not everyone thinks they look good without hair, and I had the same psychological issues when I started loosing my hair around the age of 21-22, but after a while I simply stopped worrying about it. I also noticed that whatever my hair looked like had really nothing to do with the way people perceived me. I kept getting comments and compliments on my hair (i.e. your hair looks good, did you get a haircut?) even when I hadn't had a haircut in a while and I thought it looked horrible.

Going bald for a man is completely normal and there is nothing wrong with it. Yes, there will always be people who don't like the look, but there will also be people who love it. Also, you don't have to go completely shaved, you can just do a trim at 4-12mm length, it just requires that you cut it more frequently to make sure it looks good all the time (i.e. I cut my hair every 4-6 weeks now).

It's also interesting to note that Sean Connery has been balding since he as in his early twenties. He wore a toupé in all the James Bond movies.

Wow, We might be separated twins. Mid 20's, 5'6 as well, we dress about the same, and I to want to transition from college/frat look to good looking young professional. I got a good head of hair though. To get the confidence part, thats something that you can't buy, you just have to have it. Think well of your self, you sound like your doing good. You sound like you might be in a better place then me, Im single and 1/2 way to a college degree (my first), and have worked at various jobs I hated, and my current living situation is almost insane. I feel you on the mid 20's , how do I dress problem. You feel like you want to dress like how you always have but at the same time, you don't want to look like a kid, as you feel your getting a little to old for that. Take a look at the non-street wear forum on here, these guys are good, and their stylish. But if your just starting out (with suits and good clothes) start out with something conservative, as it will last longer then something thats the current trend. Conservative suits almost always look good, if you get them done right. I'll also say, I bought a suit and nice clothes, but I haven't had a reason to wear them unfortunately. I worked a blue collar labor job for a while, and wearing a suit wasn't an option, hell wearing anything fancier than cheapo blue jeans was looked down upon. And after work, I'd have no reason to wear a suit or some of the nicer way's people dress on here. Although I wish I could. Nice shoes, nice suits, nice watches, wish I had a reason to buy and wear them but I currently don't. As for dressing better than the average frat guy, im clueless, but this form helps me little by little not dress as bad. The best thing you can do for you self is get in good shape and eat well and treat your self well. If I were to dress more then blue jeans when I go out, i'd look very out of place in this city, it's mostly blue collar and the only one's who dress up when they go out are the Mormons. And no im not in Utah. Good luck.

Some people believe that Ed Norton has had a hair transplant. And the original poster is not an actor or even close to 30. What is the objection to doing something about hair loss? One's own attempts to deny feeling bad about it? Transplant results can be very hard to detect if done well. $5000 for FUE for someone in stage 3 sounds suspiciously low-priced, though. Also, it is better not to do it all at once. There are hair transplant forums, FWIW.

As for skin care, a list of products and pictures would be helpful. For teeth whitening, unless you have much metal or other material in your mouth, in-office whitening probably is your best option.

A style change is something for another sub-forum, preferably with pictures, a budget, and other information. Or for below

The best way to improve style is to shop at one store. I recomend Ralph Lauren, the polos there will go well with khakis and jeans, you can't really go wrong. You can also buy suits, shoes, coats, whatever. Look at the manaquins, they're put together by people who know style, so if you have a problem combining, definatly take tips from them. Plus with a brand like Ralph Lauren the branding is subtle and classy so it doesn't look like your a HEY LOOK AT ME I LOVE DESIGNER NAMES AND THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS! kinda person. Plus it looks good but it's also not like super expensive.

that is not improving style. that is blindly copying something that may or may not say anything about you. i would say this is the antithesis of style. also, if you dress like a mannequin then you'll look like a mannequin, and a tool.

I disagree. Yes, you can't buy it, but you can gain it.
