The answer for me was to eat alot..and i do mean alot of pasta's, chicken and fish for starters. Right now i train with my dumbels @ 19kg each for my arms and one 38kg dumbel for my back. pushups etc. the usual stuff. BUT i train daily for about 20 min. DO NOT under any circumstance do cardio because that will cause you to start sweating alot and therefore losing fat and weight, and gaining less muscle. Also after my dinner has set i drink about a cokecan filled with nasty fat cream. this is my own thing but hey.... it works great.
Arnie is a girlieman compared to my ripped body!!!

I dont even know what to say about this horrible training no offence. What does that mean one 38 kg dumbbell for your back? What kind of exercises does that entail. What does the usual stuff mean? Id advise against working out every day since if you work out properly you wont be givin your muscles enough time to repair.

cut the cardio down to 3 sessions per week. eat more. an extra protein shake or 4 eggs or something.

Eh.

I just went clubbing last night, and there was no dearth of buff guys in muscled t-shirts. And speaking from personal experience, I've definitely had more women hit on me when I've been on the buff side than not.

It doesn't really matter what look is "in" (or not) -- women will always love well muscled, well toned guys.

I know there are millions of men out there saying, I wish I had less muscle. I wish I looked less built, I want my clothes to hang off me like a hanger...And all the women out there saying, I wish I could find a guy with absolutely no shoulder or chest muscles and a little tiny back with his spine sticking out!

bwqian: how old are you? I'm guessing under 20. You will fill out as you get older.
