Wear it to work. Unless you work in one of those hard to find 'still formal' places you will look better than anyone else moping about in overly large poorly fitting dress shirts.

ya, I'm sure you're right.. I still have some sellers remorse after selling off a Borrelli glen plaid so hopefully this one will fit the bill the pattern looks somewhat similar

hehe, the shirt/tie and borrelli sportscoat are all sold... I tried them on for a f/s thread. I'll have to post some pics of the RLPL when it arrives.

Who is the maker of PL coat?Caruso?

I have a very similar coat that's St. Andrews made. The windowpane is yellow and it's 70% cashmere/30% silk. Lovely fabric, but I'll need to get the chunky shoulder padding changed if at all possible.

I have a few RLPL St. Andrews too but this will be my first Caruso made one... hopefully the shoulders are somewhat soft Also, the same seller just posted another 4 of these on ebay if anyone is interested. Not the exact same jacket but similar Caruso RLPL in 40R and 42R.
