The Broncos were 25th in the league in time of offensive possession last year. That puts your D out on the field too much. That lets the other team in the game. That is at least partially Jay Cutler's fault.

The TOP issue also dealt with Denver losing 5 RB's to injury. They didnt have any running game. When you are forced to throw alot, that limits TOP
