I'm surprised the work is all manual. I would have expected some automated processes.

Is there a reason the warehouse and trucks are unmarked?

Like picking fruit or washing dishes, this is a job that robots won't do.

it suprises me they only make 10$ an hour and there is not some sort of piece work incentive.

I tipped $5 dollars once.

You'd think they'd have some more incentives like zappos does, but in this economy $10 in other states isn't too bad for repetitive work. I love Netflix and use it all the time. Eventually everything will be streaming though. I'm watching MacGyver over broadband as we speak.

I wonder if they get stock options. . .

If the average person can sort 7-800 an hour, you'd think they'd give 2-3 dollars extra for each 100 over 800 sorted or something.

I don't know. I worked a shit job sorting cardboard for mckee foods and we were paid piece work so it served as an incentive to get as much work done in the time alotted.
