Good choice - the Chambray is killer. And definitely come by. We've got rye whiskey to do some damage to your stomach as well

You're going to love to contrast Smiths. I've been wearing the Hoyt for 2 days now, and the denim is phenomenal. The Bordeaux is pretty light so I don't think that we're going to remake them for this year, but my stock is pretty good on them - especially in 30 and 32. They look absolutely bananas with a navy blazer. A guy walked out wearing them with a navy blazer, white oxford, and white boat shoes. It put the buck in the wild.

Not particularly - but they are pretty slim. The fit on them is great. Not skin tight like a Rick Owens piece, but a more classic American slim fit.

How is it possible to decide between the streaky linen and the chambray? ARGH!

That was my problem, Doctor! I went with chambray for now... linen's still a possibility, though.

Have there been any changes to the Walt measurements with the latest batch of trousers?

All of the new cotton trousers - which is everything except the tropical wool and streaky linen - are cut a half inch big in the waist. This is the standard shrinkage allowance for our workshop and you can expect them to shrink down to [approximately] the usual Walt sizing with a single wash and tumble dry. I tested it myself with a pair of seersucker trousers, and it right on. So you can definitely order the same exact size that you got before.

Very little - I'll measure mine, but I've been comfortably wearing them for several days without a belt. They're the only pair of jeans for me where this is possible. A nice thing about the Hoyt is that is works on guys with thinner legs too. One of our usual Walt trouser customers tried them on, and it had a slightly looser Japanese repro fit. It's a nice option. We finished all the on-figure photography this afternoon, and everything will be live by Wednesday morning. We've got a NY Times feature scheduled for that day, so it's mucho hustling over here. And speaking of on-figure shots - here's a little preview of a styled shoot that we did this morning. We'll make them all into a brief online gallery to show how all of our Spring merch can work together.
