Mike, does the 14 day refund policy start from Shipment or Receipt? Does the Manhattan location have any Gitman Vintage shirts in Medium for me to try on?

I hear having children can cut down on the "no wash for 4-6 months" technique. Besides, you have much much cooler things to wear besides denim.

Any Donegal tweed pants in the works? And if so, what colors?

Guys, the Natural Chromexcel belt is up!

Holy god, it is stunning in person. You're going to absolutely love it. It's a perfect match for our Natural CXL Penobscots and Alden Longwings. It makes a great denim or chino belt even if you don't have a pair of Natural CXL shoes. We've got 70 pieces in stock.

Awesome...would you suggest sticking with the same size for the Walt moleskins that I am in the Rudy, or size up? Rudy 33 is a perfect fit for me.

Hopefully this is not a question i'll get flogged for not searching for, but this thread is gimungous and I just don't have the time. I rely on the patience and wisdom of others.

So, if I'm perfectly in between sizes on the Walt (true 32) is there a consensus of whether it's better to size up or down? From a tailoring/fit POV, does letting out ~1" or taking it it affect the overall look much differently? I'm leaning towards going 30 and taking in, as I'm tall and slim and it seems that would preserve the fit well.

Any comments from the crowd, or Mike, are appreciated.

Lovely colour; I can just imagine how the pull-up would look, after some wear, as sunlight hits it at different angles... nod[1].gif

I'm a true 30 and go up to an Ep. 30. That's worked very well for me.

Wow, this site is awesome. Looks like great prices on some high quality pieces. I will have to pick up a few things sometime and break out of my J Crew routine ;)

Just picked up the Epaulet CPO Shirt Jacket in Grey, and one of the belts. Both look beautiful.

When i find OTR that fits in between I usually size down and get it let out. Drawback of that is if you gain weight, won't be able to be let out as much. I think back pockets look better farther apart than closer together. Hope that helps.

I will disagree with NYR and say to size up and have it taken in. Taking out 1" shouldn't disturb back pocket placement. More than that, though, and you might as well get another size. Additionally, if you size down and take out, on lighter fabrics you may see the holes where the old seam used to be.
