Yup, 8/25 will be the next delivery. Japanese fabrics (Gunmetal, Heavyweight 12oz, Herringbone) will be around 9/25

Just waiting for Southwick to finish the size grading so that I can build out the whole table of measurements. But we should be able to take special orders for that around the end of August, for delivery in end September.

Just took a look at those pictures of the suit, man that looks great. Hopefully I can try and justify a suit to myself!

If I didn't just total my car I'd be all over these suits. frown.gif

Hey Mike, I am considering the Midnight Blue Weller. However, I'm a 36S--from what I gather from the posts here, the jacket is a 36R? I remember you telling me the jackets are slim/could fit someone in 36S.

The S (short) is length only, as far as I'm aware - otherwise than being shorter it should fit just the same as a 36R.

Maybe someone can answer this more quickly as Epaulet it closed to phone calls for the night...I ordered a pair of Chino's on the 28th...Of course I don't expect to have received them yet but I never received a tracking or shipment notification, but did receive the confirmation when I placed the order.

I payed with a card and not paypal. Does it not auto-send? What's the usual turnaround on shipping orders out?

Thanks!

My current order took 4 days to process, but it generally should be faster.

There system is setup so that you only receive tracking numbers if you paid via paypal. It is something that apparently is part of the technology for their website. That said, if you email or PM Mike, I am sure he will get you a tracking number pretty quickly.

I am not there on the shirts but mostly because I have been between sizes (XL and L). That said, it has been a great motivator to lose some tonneage by trying on my pointed collar blue oxford each week. I am bout 5 lbs away I think\hope.

But you are right regarding the quality of Ep's products. I just discovered the store (and Mike, Adele, etc of course) back in April of this year and man, I am scared to even begin to tally up how much I have spent in the past 4 to 5 months. Oh well, at least it went to supporting great people and alot of it was stuff that I needed in my wardrobe.

Now if Epaulet only started carrying Wings & Horns and more of a selection of Gitman Vintage then I would really not need to shop anywhere else.

I'd much rather epaulet continue to focus on bringing unique items to market than being the umpteenth retailers of Gitman Vintage or W+H. The house shirting and ashland by gitman shirts are bomb straightup.

I quite agree. I just want more Epaulet. The quality is great, and the fit works so well for me that it seems almost miraculous. My only fear is that Mike will change it some day.

Definitely do not agree with either of these statements. I was just simply saying, I would not need to shop anywhere else. And for full disclosure, I have only purchased 1 W&H item (thus far) this year and no Gitmans (but I am liking some of the F\W patterns). Meanwhile, I have acquired a *modest* amount of Ep merch since April.

I have spent alot of money at epaulet, and every single piece has been pure quality. I think I've only been disappointed with one item, but epaulet gave me a full refund. They have quality service, and really unique items. As of late, it has been my one-stop-shop.

Agree on the focus. I mean do you really need another store selling W&H, WWM, and EG?
There are like a hundred mail order places like this.
There much fewer focusing on quality small run menswear of the Epaulet style.
I like the Epaulet gear I have. The XLs are a TAD large for me, but I'm also between a L and an XL. Belts are quality. Have two pants in the mail that I can't wait to check out.
I don't really like the idea of wearing 100% Epaulet, but it mixes well with other brands.
And it's out of my financial reach anyways biggrin.gif
