Anybody else experience that the sleeves on the new EPLA OCBDs are much shorter than the standard line or is it just me?
Thanks.

Yes they are a tad shorter. IMO also a lot slimmer. Usually a small in the NY line with a tad bit of room. Had to size up to medium with LA and its still slightly slimmer than the NY small. But I like the fit. The sleeves do feel shorter but it doesn't affect me too much.

I had the same experience. Usually a small, ordered a medium and it was surprisingly short in the sleeves. I measured 24" vs. the 25" listed on the size chart. Shame, as I really liked the fabric and color of the shirt.

@Big A that look is great. Doyle suits you nicely.

Oh man the Kamigatas are up. That crosshatch denim looks amazing. Would wear over shorts at the beach.

Rob, great no cuff look on those Walts. They're just right.

I plan on that. Think white shorts, and an FU aloha shirt. It will actually work in Waikiki (not the rest of Oahu, just Waikiki).

Edit: Small Nisshinbo is already gone. Jump now.

I am about to order the Rivet chino in 8 oz. canvas, I am choosing my size, can you confirm these pants dont stretch after consistent wear? I am good with jeans or pants that end with a 32 or 32.5 waist after the stretching period.

I guess I should go for the 32 in the Rivet chinos, if they don´t stretch with wear like we can read in the description.

Best regards

None of my Epaulet chinos have ever stretched. I also dry clean all of them if that matters.

What made you think it would go back, @Big A?

Usually items with a completely unlined shoulder don't fit me that well. This fits fine, however. Also, I wasn't sure about the styling (stitches from interior pocket showing through, for example) but it looks great in person.

great look on that Doyle jacket, how's the sizing?

Roomier than other Epaulet stuff I've encountered. I barely fit into their large shirts and the medium Doyle fits me fine.

EDIT:

For those who already have the Kamigata, need some sizing advice. I'm between a small and medium in EPNY shirts, and typically take a medium and wash/dry for slight shrinakge. I notice that the Kamigata is sized to be worn over an EPLA shirt. Knowing I'm already between sizes, the Kamigata's measurements in medium seems a tad large, even for most of my layering/light jackets that I wear. Think it's safe to take a small, considering there will be minimal to no shrinkage (so the medium will remain a little big)?
