EPLA Overdye Oxford (2016) - XL - fits well but 1/2" slightly wide in the shoulders (measurements look similar to somelos)

EPLA Overdye Oxford (2014) - XL - fits completely different, almost like a medium in other brands. I'm a little overweight to wear it now

Jersey Henley XL - fits well

Doyles in Canvas and Denim - 40 - Canvas fits great, denim fits almost a size smaller and i never button it

SMALLER...  New England - Gitman - Denim Shirts - Somelos Oxfords ...BIGGER

That said, we're talking relatively small differences, so most guys would take the same size in each (I do). But it may mean sizing up or down for someone on the very edge.

Overall, my aim is to have these EFF pieces fit in between the Gitman and Denim Shirts. In your particular case, as you're right on the edge, I'd advise a Medium if you're getting a flannel, a brushed twill, or an oxford, as they will make up bigger than a thin fabric. You'd probably want to avoid something like a linen or a poplin.

This was the most thorough explanation I've seen on fits for different EP makers.  Doesn't include EPLA, but for what it's worth, the medium Somelos oxfords fit similar to the large 2014 EPLA overdye for me.

I'm a hair larger - 6'1 and 195-205 depending on diet and work. I universally take L in EP shirting, but would wear a 42 Doyle if it came down to it.

I believe the overdyes were "missized" by one, so that you would be sizing up from your EPNY size to accommodate (i.e., XL EPLA overdue = L EPNY).

When in doubt though, go with the measurements comparison.

Thanks, that's helpful. It's the taper in the waist that's the key variable for me, other measurements I would fit best in an L

Tricky, you're right, it is epny, I saw somelos mentioned somewhere else in a eff post and made the connection

Is it silly to have both earth tone tatersalls?

Copped the bleached blue somelos. Missed out on my size for the previous somelos. This bleached blue looks pretty boss.

Turns out there are tons of places selling moleskin trousers! I ended up going with Peter Christian. The cut is not as slim as EP, but the fabric is super soft and luxurious, for a very reasonable price.

Thanks for suggestion. I want a slimmer cut. I may have to use tailor but that would cost about $300, bit I need the brown moleskin pants!

Some killer stuff. Likely putting in my first shirting order just need to decide exactly what

Totally into Purple Roses. I waited all day to be sure and then pulled the trigger as soon as I got back home and saw it again. Lots of solid choices this round but this 'novelty' print really jumped out at me.

Anyone have action shots of the Olive trainers? Would love to see what they look like in some fits.

Similar sizing concerns here too, which is part of the reason I only opted for one shirt. I'm 6'1 and about 185, but the chest measurement of 21" on a L caused me to size up to the XL. I think that most of the S/M/L sized shirts I've bought recently from other makers have been L, but most also have chest measurements a good deal over 21". And unfortunately I only have one sized EP shirt to compare to, and it's old and seems a bit close in a L.

couldn't hold off. ordered purple roses and bleached blue. debated the green uni stripe but decided to pass

So far the Getzner ivory flannel, the ivory, khaki and blue tattersall and the still seas white skies brushed twill. Wanted the ecru and olive tattersall but really need to stop with the green (and with green) shirts.

Still debating the shirts.  Liking the Magenta Flannel, Getzner Ivory, and Ancient Lovat Tartan Seersucker.  I also think that Albini floral will make up incredible...

In the meantime, these are like pillows...  Can't wait for a Chelsea in the GYW shape.

@Epaulet - For the EFF shirts, can you comment on the weight and the hand of the fabric is for the Liberty of London floral prints? Are these similar to an oxford cloth?
