@CanadaCal they're amazing - sold about 20 of them yesterday. I told Individualized that we'll be the number one account for these fabrics, as our dudes love them some thick oxfords. And these are the absolute heaviest on the market.

@SouthNarc I'll have it up today, along with the "bespoke" make super-premium options.

Also, great fit, any tailoring done to the shirt?

@JR Magat haha, no volume discount on these but I think that they're hitting pretty hard at the current retail :-) Can't wait to get in the new colors, it's exciting to see everyone's reaction to these.

@el es dee sorry, it's all contingent upon Individualized pricing and they're not flexible on dates. But if you bought a custom shirt in the past two weeks and you want another one now, I'll comp the MOP button upgrade. That's along with the 15% off you're getting with the promo.

Damn, technically a week too late for the cut off haha.

@epaulet you're welcome to post to IG any pics I post in this thread unless you caption it "what not to wear."

Paired with EP horween belt and Cramertons.

@Mghart same as others have said. It's a touch roomier in the chest but tucks in really well with the darts. And I can't mention enough how soft it is.

Blue stripe is nice, I personally like the pink stripe best, or that autumn tattersall.

I liked both of those but I already grabbed the two Albini tatersall's that are in the dress shirting section. While the exploding ones are super cool I dont have a ton of stripes so I felt that I was better off with one of the stripped ones. The pink stripe is really nice though. If anyone is curious this was my order:

1. Blue Triple-Ply Oxford,

BD, R, H, Cream Resin Buttons. J84BOO-S

2. Red/Orange Alumo Wool/Cotton,
AS, R, Cx2, Smoke. Finestra. V71RQ0-O

3. Optic White Pure Linen,
CS,R, No Pocket, Cream. J93WLO

4. Blue Danube Pure Linen,
BD, R, H, Cream, D97NLO

5. Blue Stripe Triple Ply Oxford
BD, R, H, Cream, K12BOS-

Probably impossible but may as well try -- my Shawl collar Thedi is one of my favorite articles of clothing I own. Unfortunately it's just a bit smaller than I'd like. Is there anyone with a L who would want to swap for a M?

Winter pic pre-snowy hike. Over a sweater in a weird Air BnB (but no one pays attention without pics!)

Mike, can you comment on the differences between the 3-ply albini and the beaded oxford?

Also will you be offering any non-BD shirts for RTW (something like the PT compact)? I've got more than enough button downs already.

I just went with the Albiini white oxford and pink baseball stripe oxford.

Very excited to see this fabric. Sounds great.

Well, you got the baller 5 shirt quantity, so the discount rate would have been the same as it is now

@janoy89 sure thing. We've got three levels of oxford.

The basic British Oxford (E16BOO-F) is a freaking killer deal and our best selling cloth by a mile. It's that typical beefy oxford fabric but Italian-made and softer. With the 15% off deal, it's absolutely unbeatable in price. This is a 4-season weight

The beaded Oxford (EO8BOO-L) is thicker, in between and oxford and a flannel. The cloth has a big weave and it's very comfortable. Will age and fade nicely. It's better for cooler temps and I'd call it 3-season. Really nice for most of the country, but I wouldn't recommend that to someone who lives in a warm climate. It's much heavier than the Somelos stock shirts that we make.

The 3-Ply Oxford is very special. It was specifically developed by Joe Blair and it's the thickest oxford possible whilst maintaining comfort and hand. It's an awesome Fall/Winter piece and should be practically bomb-proof. Weight-wise, it's going to be on par with a flannel shirt. It's super rad, and available at a great price with this promo

I use JC Lofton's at 10th and U for basic alterations like this, or for alterations that I want done quickly.  I believe there's a coupon for new customers on his website.  For more complicated work, I recommend Halem, who works out of Wm. Fox downtown.  He did an outstanding job narrowing the shoulder of a padded jacket for me.  I have also used William Field in Glover Park, who did good work on simple alterations before I discovered Lofton.  Field also has a pretty full plate of bespoke work, which can mean your alterations will take quite a while.  Call ahead if using either Halem or Field, as you need an appointment for Field, and Halem is only in the shop on certain days (though the kind men at Wm. Fox can mark the work that needs to be done).

@Epaulet

What buttons are those on the safari shirt? I can't believe how much attention I pay to buttons these days.

Also, do you have any more details on the 8/11 & 8/13 days for LA yet (address/times)? I'd definitely prefer to take a look at swatches in person first, but if I won't be able to make it in person, I may as well put my order in now.

Cool. I'll definitely be able to make one of those days.

Will there be OTR stock on hand as well? Hoping to try on one of the Somelo's.
