To the DC folks, anyone have a good recommendation for a tailor? Just got back from a long trip and cracked open all my EFF jackets - the shoulders fit great but they definitely need to be taken in at the waist.

Agreed on the Grey Suede Tennis Trainers. Love how they look with jeans.

Damn, now I want all of the Somelos oxfords... Mike, any discount if we buy all four? ;)

Also, great fit, any tailoring done to the shirt?

Photo leaves a lot to be desired, but you get the idea! Think that it's going to be about $180 with the dual pockets and $195 if you want epaulets on top of that. Just offered in this color. It's so freaking rad.

Is this on the site yet Mike?

I agree. I'm just waiting for the restock to get the other two.

No tailoring on this one. Couldn't be happier with these shirts.

@tricky that's a killer fit. I may just have to try one of these shirts. Are they roomier than the NE fit?

I found the medium to be roomier in the chest than the EP NE medium, and I believe I've seen others report the same.

Thanks that's good to know. That's the one part of the NE fit that's snug for me.

I always go to Stephen the Tailor in Foggy Bottom. The prices are very reasonable and the work is good quality - I would recommend trying on the items after picking them up, I have had one or two instances where the sleeves were incorrect lengths, but otherwise no problems, always very satisfied.

The other option for more advanced work is Linea Pitti by Dupont Circle, much more expensive, but the quality of the work is absolutely top-notch. I would feel comfortable having any manner of complex work done.

I ordered the blue one as well as the blue stripe. They should be here within a few weeks since I ordered as soon as Mike posted the preview. I think the other was technically placed on the 13th of July though.
