The deerskin jacket looks amazing! Will they be available in other colors in the future? I really dig the silhouette and texture, but would like a more typycal brown/cordovan color.

Hey... about 3 years ago you ha these tan pants made out of some WW2era-type fabric, I forgot the name. Any slight chance you'd be restocking those? I knew I should've bought 2 pairs.

Cramerton

and there was some recent discussion about trying to do another run, so I would stay tuned since it sounds like it may happen as a special order or something like that

Actually, one of our good customers has been lending a lot of assistance in this.

At the moment, running the exact same Cramerton as before it a bit of a long shot - the price on the cloth is WAY higher than a typical twill, and would put us around $195, which is I believe more than most guys will be willing to pay for cotton trousers.

That said, I've got a line on more Gayley & Lord Twill (Cramerton manufacturer) which is essentially the same fabric but 1oz lighter and a lot cheaper. We'd be able to price those out at $165-$170. I'm working on that as we speak. We could run Walt/Rudy and Rivets in it.

Here was the rest FWIW. IIRC this was my first decent suit and it's still going strong (although I don't need to go full CM too often). Not a perfect pic, but I liked the outfit :embar:

That's a great idea, anyone who likes the look of those RRL officer chinos I've got but that doesn't want to deal with the odd sizing (plus significant stretching in the waist combined with shrinkage in length) could order Cramerton Rivet Chinos with rear flap pockets and have essentially the same animal without any of those problems -- and for less money even.

Absolutely. MTO Rivets would probably price out at $165

Possibly, but it would depend on pricing. I got a great deal on these skins. Typically, we'd have to be around $1295 for genuine deerskin.

Mike,

Cameron Walts were about 150 in 2011, weren't they? I'm personally ok with a 190 for those pants, just because I love them. You obviously know the market better, so if you have to use a different cloth, by all means! I can't wait!

maybe I am remembering wrong but I thought the originals were $185. I remember they were more expensive than the regimental twills so they had to have been at least $165.

Hey Mike,
Will the new hopsack suit be a dark or light gray? I'm looking for something on the lighter side. ETA?

Medium grey - right in the middle. We've got the trouser now.

Slim Walt Trouser Grey Hopsack Wool: $265

OTR jackets are probably 6 weeks out, but we could take an MTO order right now for $895.

That's right, they were $185. The less expensive twill is from the same mill, same dye, same yarn - just a bit lighter in weight.

I'm also personally fine with a $190 Cramerton in the original weight.

Perhaps this can be an MTO option with a limited number of units available. Like the others, I am pretty indifferent in the $150-$200 range for cotton trousers.
