It appears that the exact fabric content is lost to the sands of time. It was a true end, and SW no longer has the detail info save the country of manufacture. To my hand it felt like a linen-wool blend - maybe with a touch of silk. I think that it's very wearable as a Spring to Early Fall piece. The weave gives off a tweed-ish vibe. Style-wise I wouldn't have a problem wearing this in November.

Thanks Mike! For spring to early fall, does that mean warmer summer days would be out, or would it be wearable then, too?

Also do you still have that swatch in store?

I obviously can't comment on that specific fabric, but for what it's worth, I have two unstructured sports coats from Cantarelli in a wool/linen/silk blend that are lined only in the sleeves and I wear them quite comfortably through the summers in LA. I don't find them to be much warmer than a densely-woven pure linen.

Could you talk a little bit about these guys:

I feel like they have never come up here and the description is pretty generic. What is this fabric like? More hopsack-y or closer to a super 100s?

Fantastic color, regardless.

Those look amazing.

@applky Oh no, I mean including Summer. It's definitely intended as a warm-weather fabric. Unfortunately that swatch was lost in the mix, so it's the one fabric that we don't have.

Oh for a minute there, I thought you were referring to the Chelsea boot and unfinished HH trainer preorders.

So in the unlikely event it's not too late to place an order, are side-adjusters too formal for the open-weave fresco, esp. when not wearing a jacket?  I can imagine I'd wear the pants separately from the jacket or with no jacket at all from time to time.

@NewYawker that jacket is so killer. Even richer, deeper color in person than in the pic--and the ensemble sets it off perfectly.

Will the Cramerton Cloth rivets be restocked? Without a doubt my favorite pair of chinos - hopefully they will live alongside 8oz canvas as a permanent stock item
