Went ahead and ordered the REDA mini milano check, sportcoat only!  Pretty psyched because I've been looking for a nice check sportcoat.  Went with 2-button, unconstructed shoulder, welt breast pocket / hip open pockets, partial lining and tan horn buttons.

@eddiemczee was my inspiration:

I like that Buffalo Soldier too but my wife will not endorse any more plaid sportcoats!

Japanese floral chambray has been ordered!

@Todd V there's a few more, working on listing them now. Nothing too Earth-shattering, although we have a nice linen blend seed stitch that you guys might dig.

@JR Magat you'll love it. It's a four-season weight, but a bit on the lighter side. Do it in the unstructured Vittorio fit and it's going to be boss as hell. One of the nicest Italian checks that I've seen, and the yarn is phenomenal

I picked up a trad Navy suit from an early Southwick EFF but this Navy seersucker seems to have a lot going for it, both as a suit and as separates.

Thanks

@RuleOfRescue I think that you'll get a lot of wear out of this. It's tough to pull off the traditional seersucker suit without owning that look, but the tonal navy is really easy. And it's an extremely comfortable fabric on a hot day.

I'd do brown horn, welt chest, open patch hip. Definitely the Unconstructed 2-button

Thanks Mike, that sounds perfect!  Can't wait to receive it now

I ordered welt on top and open patch hip. I initially did smoke mop but am rethinking that. Maybe brown horn?

Unconstructed 2 button as well

@dalevy Nah, keep the smoke MOP if you're feeling them. I love those buttons. I put them on every single thing that I order from SW.

Loading in some new fabrics. There's a bunch of pinstripe suitings, a few cottons... but I thought this might strike a chord. It's in the Seasonal item.

It's a nice way to have a tweed-ish jacket for warm weather. Check out the video - the detail on their weaving is insane!

Same boat as a lot of the rest of you -- really want the navy tonal seersucker, can't justify another suit, have too many current expenses (goddamn garage project), and I know I'll regret this.

Also, waiting for more swatches and more news on the new Chelsea and jodhpur boots.

I have a linen suit from SuitSupply in almost that exact same shade. Wearing it today. The jacket goes with everything and it looks great as a suit.

Okay, sorry to keep dragging out the fabric posting...

I loaded up some new suiting swatches. There's offically only four fabrics left to post:

1) Navy Variegated Pinstripe suiting: navy with two different weights of stripes

2) Solid Navy Cotton Poplin

3) Basketweave Mid-Weight Grey Wool: This is a heavier cloth, in between suiting and flannel. Not really Spring/Summer, but pretty remarkable.

I have to apologize that my video for this fabric below has no audio. I shoot this with the Iphone and I've actually got no idea how it happened. But the Barberis sharkskin is really dope. It has very mod and Rat Pack look if that's your thing. Wear this with Chelsea boots and a Fred Perry and Paul Weller might smile at you..

^ Or maybe not. Anyway, here it is...

Couldn't help myself. Snagged a single-breasted of this to go with the Italian DB I posted yesterday. Went with flaps on the pockets too to make the details very different. The shade is too useful IMHO, and at Ends pricing... biggrin.gif

Did not deviate from the White MOP buttons.

You're going to love it. This is by far my most worn sports coat. I think the Reda is the same weight, which means you can wear it all year. I just wore mine yesterday with white jeans and a blue button down.

Brown horn is playing it safe and will never do you wrong. I had a navy summer jacket with smoked and it looked great though, so if you like it you should stick with it. I think white MOP would also look rad...
