@Epaulet- you're too kind mike! I'll be stopping by tomorrow. Want to check out the valet and have some popover ideas on my mind for casual shirts.

@NewYawker I just call it as I see it! You are absolutely owning that stuff!

Hold off a bit - we're actually now closed Sundays in the LES. The schedule is a little crazy with trying to clear out the Brooklyn store and fill all of those backorders, but we'll be back in the store on Tuesday, and I'll definitely be there next Saturday.

We got in some RAD new swatches from Individualized, including a bunch of Thomas Mason linens and linen blends that I think will really be your jam.

And yes, I'm totally in agreement with @NewYawker on his suggestions.

He is actually the undisputed king of both the Gable Trouser and the Artisan Collar. We all defer to him on any points regarding those.

@cyclohexane we've had a great reception so far - about 20 units sold! I've always struggled with bags in the past, so this is already a big success for us! The factory is really amped too.

More leathers may be possible, but it's a bit difficult. We were able to get these in smaller minimums because they are the three most popular colors at the tannery. They do all sorts of other rad colors, but the minimums would be really big. We're planning to roll out some other shapes though - so it may be possible down the road.

Thanks, Mike.  The wedding's also for work, so it could be interesting since extended family is involved. :D

For the bags, I do like the Weekender best; the Gym Bag is pretty cool too.  The Weekender might be a nice replacement for one of those absurdly heavy Saddleback bags I own and don't really use much.

Normally for these kinds of bags I prefer a lighter, tan color, though if I keep looking at them I may feel the urge to jump on board for a bag in cognac anyways.  Not looking for something bonkers like lavender or something, but if that's what SF wants... :D

I've got a nice/expensive suit valet already, but obviously it's not as cool as this one.  Ironically, of the three shapes currently offered, it might also be the one I get first.  It looks so cool. The only other competitor for my attention in that category is the Hook & Albert garment bag/weekender hybrid, but that doesn't seem to get particularly rave reviews, and it's in a whole different price/product segment.

Most likely, I'll bide my time to see some other shapes first. :)

I know this was directed at NewYawker, but do you have a ballpark time frame for putting up new swatches from Individualized?  Have a few ideas for another shirt or two, and would love to see some new fabrics first before pulling the trigger.

Just got my essex denim jacket and I literally feel like I robbed you guys. Such a great piece at a killer price. Thanks Epaulet!

After much debate, I finally placed my heirloom sweater order. I went with the waffle knit cardigan in cinnamon, Aran in derby, and purple heather crew neck. Now just waiting for the kids sweater preorder to go live.

Also got mine in and just sent them to the tailor to get sleeves shortened.

Awesome jacket, the denim isn't too heavy either.

Do you guys think that the  Weekender bag would be to big or bulky for the office?

Just an FYI that washing and drying shrunk my sleeves to the right length without sacrificing anything else in the fit...

Oh I didn't know washing would help. I figured since it was denim to not wash it unless it got dirty to build up some cool fadez

Would it shrink 3-4"? Because the sleeves go way past my wrists.

Yes. I would not take it in everyday.
