I'm going to be in NYC Friday for a half day and want to get squared away for some LBM made to measure. Which store should I go to for that?

I've literally looked at this multiple times throughout the day. Dang, such a killer jacket. Looking forward to the fit pics!

If you want to see some huge-ass photos and all of the videos laid out, I just put this quick site together.

Hey Mike I know you've talked about your cameras before but what were you using to get those shots of the factory workers, bridge, and city shots? Were those in Porto? I was in Porto/Lisbon/Lagos last summer and fell in love with portugal. Does not get the credit it deserves considering all the love spain gets (loved spain too, but was just blown away by portugal and the people)

yes, we'll have a few more styles from both New England and Gitman. We're planning to introduce our Portugal-made shirting in the next two months as well.
Can you provide anymore details on the Portugal made shirting, like price point? I really dig many of the shirts I see here, but I tend to buy cheaper shirts to help balance out my shoe addiction..

Also, wore the pale stone cramertons today and love them. I was a little worried about the fit, but they seemed to have loosened up in the right spots.

@Wooderson sure, we've got two products confirmed from Portugal:

1) Salt-Washed Oxfords

These are going to have our classic darted fit and high-stance collar. They'll be made in Somelos (a Portuguese mill) mid-weight beaded oxford and enzyme salt washed for softness and slight distressing. Our first delivery is White, Blue, Nantucket Red, and Lapis. Retail is planned at $95.

2) Italian Washed Indigo Denim

These will come two ways: basic rinse and bleached out. Here's a pic below of the two options. The colors are wonky in the photo, the dark shirt is actually a deep indigo and not a grey/black as shown. Retail will be $95 for these as well. This denim is very soft and lightweight. The idea is to offer the kind of shirt that Isaia or Eidos would sell - not the kind that RRL would. It has to be comfortable and it has to work with something like the Taylor trouser.

The pricing on these is really competitive, but it puts us into a more crowded arena. The idea is to release basic items at opening price points without compromising what makes us "Epaulet." I'm a clothing and footwear nerd, and I'm not going to put out garbage to simply get the price down. These will be the best shirts available at this level. Finishing is going to be excellent, the wash is great, collars are high and have a great roll. My East Coast factories cannot do this level of wash and finishing, and my previous forays into California shirt production have been challenging. I think that this will marry the best of both worlds.

We're looking at about 4 weeks on the oxfords, 8 weeks on the denim shirts.

@dgonsh All of those pics were either the Sony RX1 or the Sony A7II. Mostly the RX1. I picked up my first "new" Sony camera in 2013 and haven't looked back. Nearly all of the photos on the website are shot with those two cameras.

Mike,

Can we expect any short sleeve henleys incoming? If so, any idea on the colors? Thanks!

Mike, or anyone who can help me with this issue- I just can't log in to Massdrop website; the website freezes when I log in with whatever log in option available. I dunno what's up with my computer- never had problems with it before. Is there somehow any other way to get a hold of the Massdrop X SF trainer preorder? I wonder if I am having problem because I am trying to log in (via facebook account) from overseas?

@Epaulet

Forgive me if this has been asked already. You mentioned the navy and grey hopsack will be an stock item, is this the same hopsack fabric for the past several season or something from a new mill? I love the 2015 pair of navy hopsack walts from you and would love to get a grey pair as well. Thanks!

@zennypoo it's as close as we could do. The original "hopsack" was made by Ormezzano, and they closed up shop last year.

This new hopsack is from another mill in Italy and it's 1oz lighter. Similar colors and drape. I doubt that most guys would notice the difference between the two, but it is officially a separate product.

How does this compare to the reda hopsacks?
