Any more spring NESC shirt drops in the near future?

@oboy_oboy yes, we'll have a few more styles from both New England and Gitman. We're planning to introduce our Portugal-made shirting in the next two months as well.

i wear an 8 in AE Park Ave's with normal dress socks and an 8 in vans authentics (sized for no socks...with socks these are kinda tight).  so i'm leaning towards grabbing the alabaster sport trainers in 8.5  does that sound right or should i go with the 8?

@jmaudi0 I'd recommend an 8 in the Sport trainer. It speaks better to the AE Park Ave than it does the Vans Authentic. You should have no problem wearing it with thinner socks to start and normal socks after it breaks in. The overall shape is an easier and more versatile fit than either the AE or Vans.

I just posted a similar quesiton on reddit.  I am 11 brannock, 10.5 AE strand, 10 Barrie last.  Do you think I should go 10.5 or 11 in the tennis trainers?

Very happy with the 8 track umber tweed. It needs a little waist suppression but the shoulders are spot on.

SouthNarc love the colors.

That would make a very cool fabric for a field jacket, similar to a Filson Cruiser.

Unspoilered for its greatness.  Congrats!

I just had to say that I've been looking for a sportcoat that looks just like this for years. The fabric I had in mind was just this sort of look- grey/charcoal with lighter tan/cream/white weaved through, what I'd call "flecked" for lack of better description. Great looking coat. Was there a size 36 available even or did it sell out already?

Also:

Awesome looking fabric, SouthNarc.

It's even more glorious than I thought it would be.

We're going to stock basic Navy & Grey Hopsack in all fits:

Walt

Taylor

Driggs

Rudy

I'll try to keep every key size in stock as much as possible. The idea is (1) customers can always get the basics and (2) people can use them as fit samples for MTO work

The only stock pants that we're going to run are Walts & Taylors for the season. I'll post up the order once we finalize it, which will be in a few days. If anyone wants to preorder an extended size (less than 30, more than 36) then we can add you in with no MTO upcharge.

@cyclohexane glad that you're enjoying them!

Yes to the extended sizes!

@dalevy you got it. I'm going to finalize the order tonight and post up some images of the fabrics. We can add anyone in, and get delivery in about 4-6 weeks. sa

@dupedd we're no longer ordering size EU46/US36 in any of the Luigi Bianchi seasonal coats, it's just really difficult for us to sell. We did receive that size though in the basic Navy pique, and we brought in a single unit of size US44.

That said, we'll have the MTO program live with their Spring fabrics in a few weeks. I'm not sure if they have that exact fabric, but hopefully something very close. And a bunch of other rad options.

@parallax1 do the 10.5. It's going to be fitted on you, like the Strand, but will break in quickly. I think that the 11 will be too long.

@Epaulet Thanks I'm really happy with it. As soon as I get the waist nipped I'll get some fit pics up.

I'm going to be in NYC Friday for a half day and want to get squared away for some LBM made to measure. Which store should I go to for that?

@SouthNarc rad! Come to the Manhattan store, we're doing all of the fittings there
