Told myself I was only going to get a staple mid weight grey suit. Have the Lapis and the Steel and Sky ready to go and thinking about one of the one-offs in a sportcoat.

This will allow more use of the jacket as a "blazer" with the casual details.  And the fabric with the speckled fleck deserves to be versatile and look great with all types of trousers/jeans.

Shoulder kind of depends on your actual shoulders.  I'm inclined to say unstructured but if your shoulders are bony or small in stature, you may want the natural shoulder for a bit of definition.  Leave that up to EP.  Can't go wrong with a natural shoulder usually...

This is how I wound up going with mine but with a 3-roll-2. I'm undecided on the shoulder. I have another unstructured jacket and like it, but its the ~16oz Foggy Bog tweed. I may need to stop by the shop to try on a natural shoulder.

I know right. Had I known I would have hopped right on it. Fuck a navy blazer. That thing is nuts!

Mike - how should one style the navy cavalry twill as a suit?

Wish there were more videos of the one offs, easier to imagine what SC would look like.

Sleepers = Eggplant Windowpane, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Awesome, Cranberry & Mocha.

Heavily debating my Pearl Grey Flannel suit plan against Eggplant windowpane in particular.

You will not regret the Pearl flannel.  It's sitting in my cart as I debate pulling the trigger.

My ultimate sleeper is the foggy bog PoW tweed.  Would make a good jacket but an INCREDIBLE casual suit.

Agreed that Eggplant windowpane is testing my willpower

^ With all of the Alden Color 8 around here, I'm surprised it has lasted this long.
