I've a question, maybe it's because I'm older, but I'm used to pants with creases. Are these suitable for work without them?

Depends on where you work. I work at a tech firm with an extremely broad dress code. I can wear pretty much anything on either end of the formality spectrum. These would be completely acceptable.

If you worked at, say, a conservative finance firm, then probably not. It definitely makes a good weekend look regardless, though!

Unless your in some stuffy office that allows nothing but suits I would say so.  You can easily press a crease in those and heighten their formality.

These are chinos, so I don't crease them. This is how they come from EP, although you could easily crease these to dress them up.

I've self-creased my pairs of wool rivets to make them pseudoslacks. No one in my office has been the wiser,.

Right, but if you do want pants with a crease there are so many amazing EP offerings to choose from: Walts, Driggs, Rudy, and now the Gable! I love Rivet Chinos, but don't neglect the trouser. That Gable, especially! Any fit pics in the wild would be appreciated... :sly:

I don't have the 13oz Kuroki denim but have the 14oz Kaihara ones and this selvedge ID sure looks to me as very similar to the Kaihara denim.  Wonder if Mike@Epaulet can assist.

I'm taking delivery of a pair next week and I'm curious what I'll receive as well.

Think they look great! I wear mine with the green waxed but blue is a great color.

My Wilshires from the closeout sale came yesterday and wore them to dinner for my wife's birthday last night. Couldn't be happier, this is my third pair and I swear they fit me better each time. How many backup pairs of jeans does a guy need??
