Loving the knit bombers. If you don't have them get them. Size up. Glad I did.

for those who own trainers - how are you guys taking care of them, and with what?

Shoe trees and damp cloth now and then. They look brand new still.

Purchased a pair of the Unfinished Horsehide Tennis Trainer High and unfortunately they don't fit so they are up for sale:

No but to be fair I don't wear them in the rain or snow.

No real care for my loden couro cromo sport trainers. They look better worn to me and I expect they'll easily clean up if/when wanted. Worn in rain, not snow.

Yesterday I decided to try again and I ordered my first Reigning Champ hoodie which I was ecstatic for, and had eyed for nearly 2 months on a regular basis. I ordered it around noon Friday, and just heard back 7pm Saturday that they are out and can't fulfill my order.

That's 2/2 crappy experiences. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

I will not be shopping with them or recommending them to friends again. frown.gif

@jajordan378

I don't want to go into all of the details, but I have to reply that (1) you were sent the correct peacoat - which was correctly labeled and the right color and (2) you were compensated $15 for the return shipping anyway. The Reigning Champ stock issue is correct, but we notified you of that by the next day. Our stores were both closed on Friday to give our staff a 2-day holiday.

We're surely far from perfect and I'm always working to make things better. We want to sell things to people, not to disappoint them. And we can absolutely accept criticism, it's valuable to hear, as you're always judged most on how you handle problems. But your account of this particular situation is simply untrue.

Okay I must be in the wrong. Sorry for the trouble.

Going to take my field jacket in on Tuesday to have the sleeves shortened. Has anyone needed to do it just yet?

Nothing

Have you tried a wash and dry cycle? I have the loden and I thought it was a bit large in the body and long in the sleeve, so I threw it in a hot wash and tumble dried it afterward. Fits nearly perfectly now. Saved money having it altered for sure.
